Ypenburg Business Park
Ypenburg BusinessPark is an unique project occupying the site of the former Ypenburg Airport in the municipality of The Hague. Consisting of 5 individually designed pavilions set in a green, park-like landscape distinguished by its different elevations, Ypenburg Business Park includes a shopping centre, schools, child care facilities and attractive recreational spaces.
The inner area, recognizable as an oval shape, is about 3 metres higher than the surrounding ground elevation. This layout provides unique ways to approach the design and appearance of the pavilions.
The plan provides a gross floor space approximately 12,600 m2 distributed among the 5 pavilions. These 5 pavilios range in size from around 1,900 m2 to around 3,100 m2 of floor space available for rent. Their look, quality amd workmanship are representative of the exceptional quality within the area covered by the plan.
