Lelystad Airport is currently the largest general aviation airport in the Netherlands and a centre of excellence for training, flights, aircraft hire and general aviation activities.

The airport is also home to the aviation theme park Aviodrome, which attracts more than 150,000 visitors each year, a hotel and two restaurants.

Lelystad Airport is an established venue for commerce with high quality conference facilities and extensive meeting rooms. Delegates are also able to charter direct flights to and from Lelystad from most European airports.

The airport has ambitious plans for the future. Within a few years, we plan to run a schedule service from Lelystad to several destinations in Europe.
