Liege Science Park
LIEGE science park is only a few kilometres away from Brussels, at the heart of the EUREGIO between the Netherlands, Luxemburg and Germany. The Province of Liège is at the centre of Europe and also has a preferential contact with France.
LIEGE science park covers a geographic area especially dedicated to the airspace sector and includes activities such as :
- Academic Research with Liège’s Space Centre and the University of Liège (100 people; close collaboration with ESA, NASA, the industry as well as European and American laboratories).
- the Incubator of spin-off companies coming from university research with WSL.
- internationally renowned companies such as AMOS, SAMTECH, SPACEBEL.
Main sectors: space, biotechnologies, biomedical sciences, treatment of video signals, electronics, NICTs, engineering.
