Exclusive Villas IČIĆI
The project consists of 11 exclusive villas located like “pavilions” within the greenery of approx. 12000 m2. On the northern side they are protected by a forest, while the southern side opens up to a beautiful view of the sea. They are situated one next to another along the plot which is located on one of the elevated parts of the tourist locality Ičići not far from the town Opatija and town Rijeka. The land is only about 100 metres from the coastline and marina, and directly opposite to it the construction of a new elite hotel with 300 rooms and many accompanying facilities is envisaged which speaks greatly about the attractiveness of the position itself and its frequency.
