Welcome to Chester Business Park, a 175 acre landscaped business environment providing the location for businesses in 1,250,000 sq ft of prime offices employing 7,500 people.
Chester Business Park doubled in size between 1996 and 2000. By the end of 2000 there will be 1,000,000 sq ft of office accommodation on the Park employing 6,000 people using about 5000 cars. And there’s still capacity for a further 250,000 sq ft. At the present rate of progress that accommodation will be built within the next 3 years. It could mean up to a further 3,000 people and their cars onto the Park.
