Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) is a technology park located 30 kilometres from Muscat and 10 minutes drive from Muscat International Airport. KOM neighbours Rusayl Industrial Estate - the Sultanate's largest industrial park - and Sultan Qaboos University.
