San Francisco Carbon Business Cluster
The San Francisco Carbon Collaborative has launched a new San Francisco Carbon Business Cluster (SF-CBC) with available office space at One Bush Street, in the heart of the City's Financial District. This emerging environmental hub provides clean technology startups, environmental market participants, and other aligned organizations with flexible and innovative office solutions. The goal of the Carbon Business Cluster is to provide a synergistic and collaborative atmosphere that allows its members to focus on their core business in a productive and efficient setting without the hassles of long-term leases, IT set-up, and administrative staffing.
Current tenants of the SF-CBC include:
- Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the leading global verifier of GHG emission-reduction projects,
- The San Francisco Carbon Collaborative, a nonprofit partnership of government, business, and environmental groups advocating for effective responses to climate change,
- The International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the establishment of effective systems for trading in greenhouse gas emissions, and
- CSRware, a leading provider of carbon accounting and sustainability management software.
